MWR COVID-19 Updates

NSA Panama City is currently in Health Condition (HPCON) CHARLIE. This page will be updated accordingly should any changes take effect.

PLEASE NOTE: The Naval Administrative Order (FRAGO) issued in light of the pandemic prohibiting group functions of 10 or more is still in effect. Although NSA Panama City MWR has received authorization to begin decoupling facilities, all facilities must operate under the current FRAGO until cancellation or modification. At this time, group gatherings remain suspended, special events, trips, tours, tournaments, and any similar activities.

Auto Skills Center

  • Face masks are required and mandatory temperature checks upon entry.
  • Eligibility for Bay Rentals: NSAPC and Tenant command Active Duty personnel and their dependents with a non-ROM status only.
  • Eligibility for Drop-Off Service Appointments: All MWR Patrons with base access.
  • Call 850-234-4300 to make service appointments.

Hours of Operation Tuesday-Friday 0900-1700Saturday 0800-1600 (Closed Sunday, Monday and all Federal Holidays)

Fitness Center and Gymnasium

  • Face masks are required and mandatory temperature checks upon entry.
  • Eligibility: NSAPC and Tenant command Active Duty personnel and First RespondersONLY with a non-ROM status.
  • Max occupancies in each area posted and enforced.•Entry through the front door only.
  • The gymnasium, sauna, and racquetball courts are closed.•All towel services remain cancelled.
  • All outdoor courts, fields & picnic areas are open for individual use.
  • All Indoor & Outdoor Group Fitness classes, Command PT, Intramural Sports & CFLcourses remain suspended.

Hours of Operation Monday-Friday: 0600-1900 Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: 0800-1400.

MWR Pool

  • Face masks are required until entering the pool.
  • Eligibility: NSAPC and Tenant command Active Duty personnel and First Responders ONLY with a non-ROM status.
  • Lap Swim available ONLY

Hours of Operation Monday-Thursday: 0600-0900, 1100-1400, & 1500-1800
Friday: 0600-0900 & 1100-1400 Weekends & Holidays: CLOSED

Liberty Center

  • Face masks are required when entering and moving about and mandatory temperature checks upon entry.
  • Eligibility: Single or Unaccompanied Active Duty Military
  • Max 25 personnel. • Max personnel limits posted for each program area.
  • No collateral is required to check out items. Patrons must provide name and command information.

MWR Marina
Equipment Rentals, Fuel Sales, and Marina Store

Community Recreation

Special Events: Virtual Programming is currently being offered VIRTUALLY via the EVENTS page of the website. Drive-thru events are also offered.

Tickets & Travel Office

  • Tickets are available remotely to all MWR patrons via email and phone
  • Submit Ticket Request Form found at https://NavyMWRPanamaCity.com/Tix
  • Tickets & Travel staff will follow-up as soon as possible. Requests submitted by 1200 on business days will receive same-day follow-up by close of business. Requests submitted after 1200 will receive follow-up by the next business day.
  • Purchases will be completed via credit card (only) over the phone. eTickets will be utilized whenever possible and will be emailed within 48 hours of the transaction. If physical tickets are required, ticket pick-up will be by appointment only at the front door of Bldg. 468 during regular business hours. No after-hour pick-up is available at this time.
  • Some hotel arrangements can also be processed. Additional, patrons can utilize the American Forces Travel website to search and book hotels on their own at www.AmericanForcesTravel.com
  • Cruises, flights, rental cars, and other travel services are available via the American forces Travel website at www.AmericanForcesTravel.com
