Description of Duties This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of an efficient Auto Skills Center. Must promote good customer relationship and enhance the image of the Center. Reviews the schedule of functions that are to take place during the assigned shift in order to ensure necessary space, supplies and equipment are available and that arrangements and set-ups are complete. Provides instruction and guidance to staff members on functions during their shift. Performs minor auto repair and provides guidance to patrons as needed. Patrols facility, circulating among the patrons to maintain good order and safe operation of equipment.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in minor auto repair Required
-
ASE Certification is Required
-
Ability to properly supervise civilian personnel
-
Ability to render decisions and to influence others in obtaining cooperation and assistance

Knowledge of general office practices and be computer literate
-
Present a neat, well-groomed appearance at all times.

Good customer service skills
