VIRTUAL SWEAT EQUITY FITNESS INCENTIVE PROGRAM sponsored by USAA

Virtual Sweat Equity Program: Get out and get active this summer and earn a sweet T-shirt with the Virtual Sweat Equity program. Track your points for each activity completed, earn 500 points between 01-31 July to earn the sweat equity T-shirt. Each activity is worth 25 points: so just get out, have fun and start tracking!

The tracking sheet can be downloaded from the list at the right side of this page.  Once enough activities to accumulate 500 points are completed/recorded, email the log sheet to Mary Quertermous at Mary.quertermous@navy.mil.

Activities that count: Biking, hiking, running, walking, paddle boarding, water skiing, dancing, even mowing the lawn! Basically any type of activity counts that has at least 30 minutes duration and gets you active, improving your fitness!
