Department / Tenant Command Booking Guidance:

Departments and tenant commands are encouraged to create a generic organizational account (called a “Household” within the reservation system) for scheduling purposes. This helps maintain continuity of reservations and prevents bookings from being tied to a personal account. To prevent duplicate households, we recommend the POC(s) for each tenant command to reach out to the nsapcmwrlongglass@us.navy.mil to confirm if a household has already been created and confirm all POC(s) information. Once your online account is established, you can book online.

For example, NSA Panama City should create a generic account such as “NSA Command” within the system. When reserving the Long Glass Conference Center for official NSA Panama City functions, that NSA Command household account should be used to submit and manage reservations.

Using a shared departmental account ensures clear coordination and access for future reservation management.
