Recent increases in ingredient and supply costs have required us to adjust the pricing in order to maintain quality. Please be assured we are continually reviewing costs and strive to reduce prices when conditions allow.

"Wish the gym could have 24/7 access"
We are please to say that NSA Panama City MWR Fitness Cneter is 24/7 access. To take advantage of this benefit, patrons need to register their base access id card with the front desk.

"The Sauna in the mens room is in need of some upgrades. Too many people think that 130⁰ is a hot sauna when if fact it is 45⁰ colder than what is considered the correct temperature for the best health benefits. The sauna is supposed to be hot, the average temperature is supposed to between 175⁰ - 220⁰ and if that's too hot for some patrons then they shouldn't be using the sauna."
In accordance with the Department of Defense (DOD) Fitness Standards, saunas are required to be maintained within a temperature range of 160 to 170 degrees Fahrenheit for both safety and proper operation.

Community Recreational

"I attended the paddle board at sunset class. The water was so relaxing and the class was very family friendly. Did wonders for my mental wellness. I learned a lot from the class and even stayed for the yoga afterwards. Would love to see the class stay for next year! Thank you MWR for bringing these events to life."
Great news! We have added paddle board as a seasonal liesure skill class and will continue offering Spring through Fall to ensure best potential weather and water conditions. This was an exciting new offering for us to host and we are so happy that it has such a high demand!
