Position Title:                          Customer Service Clerk

Physical Location:                         Marina and Community Recreation Facility

                                                            Naval Support Activity Panama City

Grade/Series/Rate:                         NF-2091-01, $15.50 Per Hour

Schedule:                                         35 - 40 Hrs Per/Wk - Weekends and Holidays as required

Description of Duties:       Performs a full range of services such as assisting customers in making RV and cabin reservations, renting boats, fishing gear, camping equipment, preparing facility and equipment for use in the activity, sell snacks, soda, beer, etc and to perform cashier duties in support of our Community Recreation, Navy Getaways and Marina Program.  May make refunds and adjustments, resolve routine complaints and any other customer service related duties or transactions.

Qualification Requirements

*         1 to 2 years’ experience in retail sales, with POS (Point of Sale) system.

*         Knowledge of basic accounting and cash handling.

*         Experience with Microsoft Program WORD, Excel and Outlook

*         Must be at least 18 years old and be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

*         Must have neat, clean appearance, good customer service skills, telephone etiquette and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
